We want you and your home to love your purchase! If there's a problem with your order, please contact us at email@example.com right away so we can make it right. We are only accepting returns for items damaged during delivery, or in the unlikelihood that you received the wrong item. All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
Pillows, throws, rugs, prints, and sale items are final sale. Customers will receive a store credit to use on a future purchase. The customer is also responsible for any returned item fees.
Returns will no longer be accepted after 14 days.
If your refund request has been accepted, please allow 3-5 business days to process your credit back to the original form of payment.
